We upcycle used and unissued license plates to create one-of-a-kind art signs. Choose a name, business, saying, song, song title, phone number, holiday, or a favorite word. Our signs may be seen in homes, restaurants, bars, churches, stores, porches, offices, dorms and a treatment center. But not on cars or trucks!

People say I was born a designer. Nashville, TN was a great place to grow up. By four I was making Barbie dresses and laying our floor plans with mown grass clippings. I studied Interior Design at WKU in Bowling Green, but got all off track and ended up with a degree in Psychology and another from Vanderbilt Divinity School.

I love the process of creating signs and the people i have met along the way.

I have hundreds of license plates. Some are still in their original form, others are cut to pieces. I have boxes sorted A_Z. I used to worry I would run out of A and E's. I have hundreds of license plates. Some are still in their original form, others are cut to pieces. I have boxes sorted A_Z. I used to worry I would run out of A and E's. But the letter N is actually the hardest to find. My signs begin with 1x8" pine board covered with a bead-board finish that is either painted or stained. Letters are attached with copper nails and cleaned, and disinfected. Signs may be sprayed with sealer for outdoors. My work is a finished product to hang anywhere. Each sign is unique, even if you order ten of the same words!
